    Usually have a good experience here. Although, it takes a long time to be waited on. I've used the app to order online 3 times and all 3 times when I get there, my food is not ready and I stand there and wait, looking like a fool. Tonight, i ordered 2 of the bigger plates. You get 1 side and 3 entrees. One entree was missing and the third entree on my other order had 5 pieces of sweet and sour chicken. Oh, and the green beans and chicken had like 4 tiny pieces of chicken and the rest was green beans. Same with broccoli and beef. More broccoli than beef. Not sure I'll go back again. Not anytime soon anyway. And I'm done ordering through the app. If I'm still gonna have to wait for my food to be plated, I might as well just get in line and wait. You guys need to get it together.

    The price you pay for some of the options compared to the meat you actually get is ridiculous. We have ordered chicken and green beans a couple times, and it's always green beans with about 4 pieces of chicken for our daughter. Some employees that answer in drive thru are beyond rude. I understand fast food is not the best job but at least act like it.

    This was some trashy service, we looked online and it said no wait, we showed up and they had nothing ready, absolutely nothing. We showed up at noon, which is a appropriate time for food to be ready, we waited for over 15 minutes and nothing came, two people were inside so it's not like they were busy. We had to walk inside cause our food wasn't coming out, I don't recommend this place unless you call ahead

    Got food poisoning and have been incredibly sick for over 24 hours. Had to go to the ER to get started on an IV due to severe dehydration. Just don't do it to yourself folks. The food doesn't even taste good.

    Great food and service most of the time. Sometimes they're slow. Their food is always really good.
